SuperBrush 24, 36 & the NEW SuperBrush 49
- SuperBrush Applications include but are not limited to: white wood sanding, de-nibbing, sealer sanding, primer sanding, UV roughing, metal graining/straight lining, metal de-burring, sanding/polishing solid surface material, scuff sanding, shutter sanding, de-glossing and de-stressing
- Tension Rollers, 1-1/2" diameter, rubber covered, infeed and outfeed rollers, fully adjustable
- Conveyor, reinforced steel conveyor bed with a poly conveyor belt
- Sample testing available
- Continuous-duty 5 HP motor, 208- 230 Volt power, single or 3 Phase
- Bristle contact gauge (depth gauge) included
- RPM Gauge displays brush speed, variable, 400 – 1200 RPM
- Wire, Nylon, Abrasive are just some of the brushes available
- Cast stand, zinc-plated steel bed, centerless ground column tubes
- Minimum of 600, 1200, or 1800 CFM dust collection recommended
- Ball bearings are sealed and permanently lubricated
- Electric height adjustment, high speed and adjustable speed (49” Brush Only)
