ShopPro 25 Drum Sander - NOW equipped with SANDSMART TECHNOLOGY
- Continuous-duty 1-1/2HP motor, 110-120 Volt power
- 25” width capacity allows wide sanding in a single pass
- Sand stock as short as 2-1/4”, as thin as 1/32” as thick as 4”
- Exclusive take-up fastener makes changing abrasive quick and easy and keeps the abrasive tight on the sanding drum
- Height adjustment handle makes both radical height changes and minute adjustments for extremely precise sanding thickness control. 3/32” per turn height adjustment
- Precisely dimension stock within .010” across width of sander
- Roller height and downward pressure are adjustable, eliminating snipe.
- Precision-flattened steel conveyor bed reinforced with four steel cross sections for no “flex” in conveyor
- Infinitely variable feed rate, from 0 - 10 feet per minute
- Cast stand, zinc-plated steel bed, centerless ground column tubes. Depth gauge with locking stop included
- Minimum of 600 CFM dust collection recommended
- Shipped assembled, some minimal assembly required
- Drum ball bearings are sealed and permanently lubricated
