Sand Smart Control

- Continuous-duty 5HP motor, 208- 230 Volt power, single or 3 Phase
- SandSmart™ automatic control of the infinite-variable feed rate (0-15 ft./min.) for the conveyor gives a perfect finish
- Multiple grit sanding in single pass with double drum models
- Precisely dimension stock within .010” across width of sander
- 25” or 37” wide sanding capacity
- Height of the rear drum is indepen- dently adjustable in relationship to the front drum
- Optional ProScale depth gauge allows incredible accuracy
- Precision-flattened steel conveyor bed reinforced with four steel cross sections for no “flex”
- Self-cooling drum with abrasive Take- Up-Fasteners make changing abrasive quick and easy plus keeping abra- sives tight
- Sand as thick as 12” with 37” models and 6” with 25” models Sand as thin as 1/32” and as short as 2-1/4” (single drum) 3-1/2” (double drum) models
- Cast stand, zinc-plated steel bed, centerless ground column tubes
- Dust Collection- mandatory for all models: 25” - 600 CFM min., 37” 1200 CFM min.
- Shipped assembled, some minimal assembly required
- Drum ball bearings are sealed and permanently lubricated
